It is the intention of this program to help the offender cope with the integration back into society as a useful, contributing individual of the community. And with the high mortality rate of Vorpal offenders, the SSVP and The Consul have decided to commission the use of our members human keepers as Verifiers. This decision was brought about by the large numbers of offender fatalities when left in the charge of Vorpals (way to many were ending up in the stew pot).
